Michal has 20 years of executive management experience in medtech and digital health startups both in Israel and the US, including ByPass, AST (acquired by Boston Scientific), GI View, TriReme Medical (IPO) and others.

Ten years ago, Michal identified that it is not sufficient for a startup to have only a strong, innovative core technology, but in order to realize success abroad, it is crucial to have a deep understanding of commercial integration into healthcare systems. With this principle in mind, she co- founded Triventures and became the first woman to found and manage a venture capital fund in Israel.

In 2017, Michal was recognized as one of the 50 most influential women in Israel by Globes, Israel’s leading financial journal and in 2011 she was recognized as one of the 40 most promising leaders in Israel under 40 years old by The Marker, Israel’s leading business journal.

Michal is involved in all the fund’s major decisions, leads investments and serves as an active board member in the majority of the portfolio companies.
